Julia and I planned to the one day that we weren’t moving locations to be our official full work day of the week. We woke and went on a long, beautiful walk (Liz) and run (Julia) past several apple orchards.
We returned to our hotel for the included breakfast which was magnificent! We had so much food between us and were quite content.
We were going to spend time working in our room but the Wi-Fi didn’t reach into our room for some reason, so we took over an area of the dining room, which was a wonderful place to work from.
Midday we went in search of food and found that we had timed things poorly but found a place where we could get a sandwich. We took our work to the roof of our hotel where the Wi-Fi worked as well and finished our day there. Truly spectacular work environment.
We decided to go back to Moreno for dinner to get into the restaurant that had been too crowded the night before, thinking that we knew the way now so it would be a quick jaunt. But, Just as I was saying to Julia how I was glad that while we're in the mountains, the driving wasn’t too steep, we missed a turn and started heading up! By the time we got turned around, it had added 15 minutes to our trip. We were happy to get a romantic little table outside. We ordered pizza and pasta with bacon and fried onions and a small salad.
